Donnybrook Project

This project, based in Donnybrook, involved a full external wall insulation upgrade. The homeowner opted for a 100mm EPS system, improving the home’s energy efficiency and overall comfort.

To stay in keeping with the character of the surrounding area, the front of the house was finished with a traditional dry dash, using a brown and white marble mix.

The rear of the property was completed with a more modern look, using a sleek silicone render finish in W1202, one of our 12 shades of white range, giving a clean and contemporary contrast.

Sutton Project

This project, based in Sutton, involved a tailored external wall insulation upgrade to suit both the home and the surrounding area. A 100mm EPS system was installed to the upper front, side, and rear of the property, improving overall energy efficiency and comfort.

To maintain the existing character of the house and match neighbouring properties, the lower front brick section was retained and upgraded with cavity wall insulation.

The walls were finished with a sleek silicone render in W1202, one of our 12 shades of white range, giving a clean, modern look. New powder-coated aluminium cills in RAL 7032 ‘Pebble Grey’ were also installed to match the existing windows and tie the overall finish together.

Mountmellick Project

This project in Mountmellick involved a full external wall insulation upgrade, tailored to suit both the original stone structure and the newer extension.

The homeowner chose 120mm mineral wool breathable insulation for the existing stone walls, while the extension was upgraded using a 100mm EPS system, both achieving a similar U-value performance across the entire home.

The property was finished with a silicone render in W1203 on the main walls, complemented by 0873 on the plinth, creating a clean, modern contrast. New powder-coated aluminium cills in RAL 9010 ‘Pure White’ were also installed to complete the finish and match the overall look.

Killiney Project

Using the insulation system, we also recreated quoin stone detailing on the front of the house, adding character while maintaining a high-performance finish.

The walls were completed in a silicone render finish in 1407, with the quoin detailing picked out in 1387 for contrast. New powder-coated aluminium cills in RAL 7032 ‘Pebble Grey’ were installed to match the existing windows and complete the overall look.

Durrow Project

This project in Durrow focused on upgrading the home’s windows and entrance, improving both energy efficiency and overall appearance.

The existing timber double-glazed windows had broken down in places and were replaced with new triple-glazed PVC windows, providing better insulation and long-term performance.

A composite back door was also installed, along with a new porch structure featuring a PVC sliding door and a PVC door with sidelight, all finished in triple glazing.

All elements were completed in RAL 7016 ‘Anthracite Grey’, giving the home a modern, consistent finish throughout.

Louth Project

This project in Louth involved a full energy upgrade of a traditional cottage and its extension, combining insulation and window upgrades to improve performance while maintaining the home’s character.
